Can I purchase in large volumes?
We welcome customer purchase in large volumes. For large volumes, please click Volume Purchaseto email us required quantity and we usually can offer better pricesto get a better price.
 
Do you stock other products or brands?
If your desired product is not listed, you can send an email to us. We will try our best to order the product for you or we can stock it in the future.
 
 
 
PAYMENT & PRICES
 
What currencies do you accept?
We only accept Malaysian Ringgits MYR (RM) and US Dollars (USD), but all major currencies are acceptable after reaching mutual agreements on the exchange rates by e-mail.
Please note that your banks may incur charges for dealing with foreign currencies, this charges are at your ownexpense and that the exchange rates used are not necessary 100% up-to-date and therefore prices may vary from day to day.
 
Why does the price seem to change frequently?
We use Malaysian Ringgits MYR (RM) as our base (displayed) currency; therefore all other currencies are based on this exchange rate. Prices vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates, which may be updated at any time.
 
What is shipping cost and how much is my shipping cost?
Shipping cost is based on the country that you are from. To find out how much is the shipping cost, add the items you are interested in to your shopping basket and choose where you are from. Note that in doing this, you are not obligated to purchase these products. (Note: Make sure items exist in the shopping cart).
 
Will I have to pay Customs duty and taxes?
Except for local customers, you are considered the importer of the goods and have to comply to the regulation of your country. Therefore you may be subject to import duties and taxes (if it is applicable in your country). The charges are levied once the goods arrive in your country and are not calculated in the cost of goods and shipping charges. We are not liable for packages that are confiscated by customs and customers will be charged for any fees incurred by refused shipments.
 
Customs policies vary from one country to the other. Some countries have tax exemptions and allowances for goods under certain amount. We will do our best to ensure your orders are cleared with customs.
 
 
 
SHIPPING
 
What are the shipping options?

When will you send my orders?
We aim to ship all items out the next working day after receiving your payment. Some items may be sent out not later than the 3rd day after receiving your payment.
 
How long will my order take to arrive?
On average deliveries can be fulfilled within 7-14 business days (subject to no interruptions on local postal services e.g. public holidays) and will be dependent upon confirmation of payment and availability of stocks. Should it take longer, we will inform you of any delays.
 
Why can’t I trace my parcel using the tracking number?
Please make sure that you are using the correct website to track your items. All parcels will pass through the Malaysian Postal Office so you can start checking with their tracking page. Once it leaves the country, it is taken over by your Country's Postal Service; hence you should refer to their websites from then on.
 
Please note that items only shows up on Postal Tracking System once it passes through major exchanges, so there will be frequent times when it does not show up. This usually means that the item has not reached an exchange where it can be logged. Please allow time for this situation, especially when it is moving from one country to another.
 
What if my order did not arrive?
Please note that your orders may sometime be delayed on transit due to public holidays, industrial disputes etc. If it still has not arrived after the expected time period, we will do our best to try and locate the item with the appropriate authorities.
